Devops without Ops - why this is destined for failure

Abstract:

A Devops team can increase productivity exponentially – as long as it is done correctly. A good number of development teams are adopting this methodology – but are forgetting a “small” but very important part of the concept – and that is that Operations people have to be part of the equation – without this – the chance of success is close to none. This session will go over a few examples of such occurrences we had in internal projects – and the lessons learned
